Weds 1 April 2026

1.00 - 2.00 pm (BST)

NEW ONLINE EVENT

The Spring Reset Workshop is a live, guided reflecting and planning session designed to help you take stock of the last few months, extract the lessons, and then plan the next season intentionally.

❌ This is not a webinar you half-listen to while answering Slack messages.
❌ There are no long slide decks.

✅ Instead, it’s a guided focus session with prompts and exercises where you’ll mostly be writing and reflecting (sharing with the group is optional but encouraged).

💡Think notebook open, distractions off, cameras on if you’re comfortable.

Life moves quickly.
Heck, it was January a mere second ago!

Without moments to stop and reflect, we tend to drift from our goals and start to react to what's urgent, rather than choosing what’s important.

Maybe we have every intention of carving out time to revisit our goals or reset our direction, but we're so stuck in the day-to-day, we don't end up getting round to it(I'm guilt of this too, so no judgment!)

That's why I created this workshop - to make it easier for you (and me) to carve an hour out of our day to make sure you give your life and career, the attention it deserves.

Spring is a natural moment for renewal

🌕 * I chose this date deliberately because it falls on the Pink Moon, the first full moon of spring. Full moons have long been used as natural moments for ritual. They're a chance to pause, reflect on the cycle that has unfolded, and consciously release or reset before stepping into the next phase.

The Pink Moon in particular symbolises renewal, growth after a period of rest, and the start of a new season which felt like the perfect backdrop for a workshop about reflecting and being intentional about the next chapter!

🎓 ** If you've worked with my before (1:1 coaching, group program or course), you're an alumni and you get a discount. Simply email me and I'll send you the discount code.

🔁 *** Live attendance is encouraged as much as possible, but if you're unable to attend live or you would like to revisit the exercises while the reflections are still fresh, a replay will be available for 7 days afterwards.

🌷**** This is designed to feel like a small, focused session rather than a big webinar, so spaces are limited.

Notes

During the session we’ll use a series of prompts and exercises to help you:

🌸 Look back on the last few months with fresh eyes
Identify the moments, decisions, and experiences that shaped this season, including the ones that didn’t make sense at the time.

🌼 Extract the lessons hidden inside life’s plot twists
What did those unexpected turns reveal about how you respond to pressure, uncertainty, or change?

🌸 Notice the familiar patterns that have crept in
The automatic reactions, habits, or internal narratives that have slipped into the driver’s seat while you were busy living your life.

🌼 Reconnect with what actually matters right now
Not what you thought should matter in January, but what feels meaningful and relevant now that we’ve got three months experience of this 2026.

🌸 Design the next three months with intention
Focus on a few priorities and introduce experiments that will help the next chapter feel purposeful rather than reactive.

Is this for you?

❌ You prefer fast-paced, information-heavy webinars rather than slower, reflective working sessions

I'm Dina, your coach.

I’m a career clarity coach, and I help people step out of autopilot and make intentional decisions about their work and life direction.

Reflection plays a huge role in that process.

This workshop is a chance to experience a small piece of that work in a relaxed, accessible format.

If you want to find out a bit more about my background, then read 'About Me'

Hey there!

The workshop is designed as a live experience, where you’ll be guided through the reflections in real time.

If you can’t attend live because of time difference or commitments, then a replay will be available for 7 days after the session, so you can still go through the exercises in your own time.

FAQs

book now

Do I need to attend live?

No pressure at all. Only share if it's comfortable and what is comfortable.

Most of the workshop is spent writing and reflecting individually. I will then give a chance to share your reflections or thoughts, which you can do in comments, or if there's time (and willing), live on camera. But participation is entirely up to you. You’re welcome to simply reflect privately if that feels more comfortable.

Will we be sharing personal things in the group?

I will be sharing a Google Document of the questions we will reflect on, so if you prefer to type instead of write, you can use that document.
If you're a pen and paper kinna person, then bring your notebook and pen.
You may also want to have your calendar from the past few months nearby — it can be helpful when reflecting on what this season has actually held.
