Dina is able to break down a seemingly overwhelming task (how to make a career change / working out what the next step is) into really simple, tangible tasks. Tasks that on the surface seem really obvious (surely everyone knows what they value, and what they are good at, right?), but when you really start to think about them, you realise you've never explicitly thought about it before, and it can be quite groundbreaking.
This course is for you if:
âĄïž FALLER
You feel into your career and suddenly itâs been YEARS and youâre like âWAIT! Do I even want this??â
Youâve just kept going, kept getting promoted...so youâve never paused to give it some thought. Ok, you have, but itâs been SO overwhelming to think about what you do next that youâve been like âNopeâ and Netflixed instead. BUT youâve got the 7 year or whatever year itch and you NEED to scratch it.
You want to get INTENTIONAL about your next move. No. More. Falling.
âĄïž COASTER
Youâre not giving it 100% (donât worry, I wonât tell your boss). Sure you want to be challenged again, excited by work again BUTâŠ.youâve got the golden handcuffs. You get paid well, you can work from home, youâre know your shit (people respect you), you have status, flexibilityâŠ.so the thought of starting again and taking a big pay cut is TERRIFYING.
You want to use your hard-earned experience and pivot into something new so you don't bleed your savings or go back a few years in privileges changing careers.
âĄïž REDUNDANCY REBEL OR COMEBACK KID
Youâve been made redundant or youâre coming back from maternity and, quite frankly, youâre not sure you've got it in you to return to the same industry or job.
You want to use this opportunity to see if there's more out there for you.
Also if....
âĄïž Youâve secretly always thought about going freelance or becoming self-employed but fear and uncertainty keep holding you backâŠ
âĄïž Youâve been browsing endless job boards but nothing feels like YOU. You feel like a square peg, trying to squeeze into a round hole!
âĄïž You crave more purpose in your work. Maybe youâve tried volunteering or charity work⊠but it still didnât fill up your cup and now you feel more lost than ever
âĄïž You feel like you're stuck in finance/ banking/ consulting and you want to do something different, creative maybe....but no one in your network is doing it so you keep doubting your decision.

I think it's important to mention that this course also helped me to break life down and that's my biggest taking from the course.
I now have a more positive outlook about my life and career.
Tried every personality and strengths test and still donât know what to do next?
Thatâs because those tests arenât made for career change â they give you fragments, not the full picture.
Thatâs why I designed my own method â a series of original, bespoke exercises created specifically for career change.
It's based on my own career change experience (and what actually works!), behaviour change principles, positive psychology and my 9 years experience coaching career change clients.
Each module builds on the last, guiding you through a clear, purposeful journey toward clarity.
đź Reconnect with a bigger vision so you're not just choosing âwhatâs next,â but also whatâs right for you
đź Use values-based future-creating to filter out the noise of what you 'should' be doing and start recognising what actually matters to you
đź Define your version of success that excites you so much that you no longer spend hours comparing yourself to others and wanting what they have.
đź Identify what energises you, so your career decisions come from alignment and not avoidance of burnout, boredom, or fear of failure.
Over time, as a result of disappointments, rejections and failures, we learn to downsize our dreams. We forget how to be hopeful. We get "realistic" instead. And that, my friends, is how dreams die, potentials get left unexplored and happiness floats further away.
This module undoes that damage and, using positive psychology-based exercises, helps you:
đȘ Identify your natural, overused and underused strengths, so you can make career choices that play to your potential, not your coping mechanisms
đȘ Spot patterns in what energises you, so you can steer your work toward roles that feel like a better fit
đȘ Learn how to communicate your strengths clearly, powerfully and authentically, without feeling like you're bragging or winging it in interviews
đȘ Turn self-doubt into grounded confidence, so imposter syndrome doesnât keep calling the shots
đȘ Learn now to use your unique combination of strengths and experiences as a filter for what is and isnât right for you
If you canât take a compliment without making excuses or you can't name at least 5 strengths of yours and give examples. THIS IS WHERE THE WORK STARTS. We end strength blindness now. This isnât another off-the-shelf strengths test. Itâs a psychology-informed, career-change-specific approach Iâve developed to help you see your strengths clearly, own them fully, and use them to make better career decisions.
In this module, you'll:
These bespoke values exercises will help you:
đ§ Say no without guilt - when you know what matters most, itâs easier to ditch the people-pleasing and protect your time.
đ§ Trust yourself again - because youâre no longer outsourcing your decisions to LinkedIn trends or relying on a pros and cons list to help you. You have built a decision-making lens thatâs designed around you.
đ§ Make peace with past decisions â when you understand the âwhyâ behind your choices, even detours start to make sense. And you can then spot when youâre out of alignment in future and course-correct fast.
đ§ Learn how to use values as a filter, so that when when job A and job B both look equally good, youâll know exactly which one fits your true self and gets you to your true north.
I'm going to blunt and honest - I HATE all the values exercises on the internet. They try to convince you that finding 5 words like âintegrityâ or âfreedomâ and sticking them up on a vision board will help you with career direction. What a load of rubbish!
You won't get that in my course. I've created my own values exercises and these are guaranteed to be super practical and useful. They will help you make career decisions with certainty, confidence and ease.
đĄ Use your interests as career clues â not the whole answer, but part of a bigger map.
đĄ Stop separating âworkâ from what you enjoy and start treating your interests as valid career clues, not distractions.
đĄ Use interests in conjunction with your values and strengths, to discern which interests have legs with career options and which can be left as out-of-work hobbies.
đĄ Own what fascinates you â even if it feels common, quirky or ânot serious enough.â
đĄ Using my mind-mapping tool you'll be able to spot fresh directions, themes and overlaps and generate career ideas that feel like you.
Forget âfollow your passion.â That advice has overwhelmed more people than itâs helped. Same with 'find your purpose'. Both of those do nothing but shut down thinking.
Whereas looking at your interests, opens your memory and imagination and helps you see the golden thread and let it guide you to more engaging work that gets you into flow faster and keeps you there.
In this module, you'll learn how to:
đ§ Learn how to spot when your inner critic is shaping your choices â so you can respond instead of react.
đ§ Discover how to build courage in small, practical steps, so that confidence becomes something you practice, not wait around for.
đ§ Learn how to challenge perfectionist and people-pleasing patterns, which will help you stop shrinking yourself to fit roles youâve outgrown.
đ§ Using narrative psychology, you'll learn to rewrite the story youâre telling yourself about whatâs possible (and what you're capable of) which will help 'feel the fear and do it anyway.
Youâre not lazy. Youâre not unmotivated. Youâre stuck because every time you consider a new path, your brain serves up fear, self-doubt and worst-case scenarios.
You tell yourself itâs ânot the right time, you'll wait until you feel confident.â You rewrite your CV again (or say you will, but then procrastinate over it). You scroll job boards, save some but never apply.
But deep down, you're scared to want something and not get it â or to get it and realise it still isnât âit.â
Thatâs not a strategy problem. Itâs a mindset one. And we will get to WORK on that one.
In this module you'll:
đ„ Learn a totally new way of approaching networking so it never feels salesy, awkward or icky.
đ„ Get email templates to send out to contacts (new and old) to ask for help in a way that makes it an easy yes for them.
đ„ Get a super handy list of specific questions to ask when you meet someone for a career chat or ask them about a course, so that you don't waste this opportunity with small talk and general questions, but you ask the things that matter (and will help you with decision-making)
đ„ Get many more done-for-you emails, templates, logs, ideas and prompts, so you don't have to think, just copy and paste and then feel good about yourself because you've taken action in no time at all.
This module brings everything together and helps you translate it into real-world action, breaking it down into small steps you can get started with straight away.
No more overthinking. No more spinning your wheels. Just practical, doable action you can fit in around work and life.
In this module, you'll:

âI used to hate talking about myself and telling people what I did for a living, but after I did your Strengths and Values exercises I was so proud of my values, I started telling people what I stood for instead.
And that says so much more about me than my job title."
I didn't set out to be a job-hopper.
That was never the plan.
In fact, that's the problem. I never had a career plan! I thought it would just come to me at some point during university.
When I left uni, I just fell into a job.
I liked it, but I didn't LOVE it.
I felt like I had more to give. That I wasn't even scratching my potential.
So off I went, changing jobs and industries.
I worked everywhere: from health to fashion, to education and luxury, trying life in corporate, start-up, public sector and freelance...
But I couldn't find my calling anywhere.
I was SO lost, SO frustrated and SO done with constantly job-seeking.
EUREKA MOMENT
Finally, I broke the cycle.
I realised I was looking OUTSIDE of myself to change my INSIDE.
It wasn't up to the next job to make me feel happy and fulfilled.
I needed to discover how to do it myself. I needed to sit down and work out what I wanted, what brought me meaning, what motivated me...BEFORE I went out looking for another career switch.
When I did the inner work, everything changed.
I showed up differently in the world.
LIFE AFTER CLARITY
I stopped scrolling LinkedIn and became targeted and intentional with my searching and my time.
I started creating opportunities instead of waiting for them to fall in my lap.
I showed up powerfully in interviews and sold myself effortlessly into industries I had no prior experience in.
All because I knew my strengths, I was clear on my vision, and I was guided by my values not my fears.
âĄïžOn-demand access to 6 easy-to-follow modules with digestible videos you can watch after work or on your lunch break.

First, I would interrogate âimpossibleâ. There are ways that we donât always see.
Second, donât peg all your happiness on one thing thatâs outside of your control. It puts happiness out of reach and makes you dependent on others.
My system empowers you by giving you multiple routes to your version of happiness and success which you can start on straight away, without waiting for a job posting to pop up. Thereâs more than one dream job for everyone.
I said exactly that to my ïŹrst life coach about her program.I said it wasnât the right time, I had too much on, but I would do it the following month.
She told me that if I learnt to always wait for the right timing, I would miss out on witnessing how much I was capable of. If we think weâre at the mercy of our circumstances then we will never learn to have power over them. And that sent a chill through me.
She was right. I signed up even though I didnât feel ready and guess what - time magically appeared!!
That adage of "if you want something done, give it to a busy person" proved to be true!
You havenât done MY worksheets before. These are psychology-based and real-world tested on me and my one-on-one clients over my 9 years of coaching.
I created bespoke exercises because I was left disappointed with a lot of the value exercises out there. No need to take my word for it, take my client's:
âI used to hate talking about myself and telling people what I did for a living, but after I did your Strengths and Values exercises I was so proud of my values, I started telling people what I stood for instead. And that says so much more about me than my job title.â Charise
Ah the golden handcuffs. I've been there. I've had jobs that were exciting and fun with insane perks, others that have been comfortable, well-paying and flexible... making me fear I'd never have those benefits again if I moved.
What I would ask is âDoes your work make you feel alive?â
Thatâs the litmus test. Not whether youâre happy or not (we can sometimes intellectualise happiness), but whether you feel alive.
What if you had all those perks and more?
What if you got Monday excitement instead of Sunday dread?
Don't let fear keep you satisïŹed with less. When we compromise and settle, weâre not even scratching the surface of what weâre truly capable of.
By now youâre either raring to go or you have some hesitations.
Here are some of the most common hesitations my clients have had before joining my programs:

I found that the weekly tasks and the order of each task helped iron out the overwhelmed fog in my brain. Like magic really or like a puzzle it all fitted together in the end. It's not wishy washy.
I'm busy, How much time will it take?
If you do a module a week, it will take you 6 weeks.
Each module takes between 1 - 2 hours to complete. This includes watching the videos and doing the exercises.
But that's not the question you're really asking.
You might be wondering: âWill I actually stick with it?â
You might be doubting whether you have the discipline, motivation, or follow-through. Thatâs totally normal - especially if youâve started things before and not finished them. But this isnât a course you have to power through with willpower. Itâs designed to feel encouraging, not overwhelming. Youâll be guided step by step, with small wins that take hardly any time and with reflection prompts that meet you where you are.
And because itâs about youâyour life, your choicesâit tends to draw you in. Youâre not just learning, youâre reconnecting with YOU and what matters to you. Thatâs a powerful motivator.
You might also be wondering - âHow will I fit it in? My life already feels full.â
To which I say "Full of what?" Often, itâs other peopleâs priorities, not your own.
If youâre always putting yourself last, it makes sense that carving out time feels impossible. But thatâs exactly the pattern this course helps you shift.
By saying yes to this course, youâre saying yes to you - your future, your needs, your dreams.
Yes, you may have to have conversations with your partner to help you carve out time in the week for the course. You may have to put your foot down with work and reclaim your lunch breaks and your evenings. But can't you see how these are the first steps to creating a brighter future?
This course is so much more than just strengths and values exercises. Itâs about learning how to invest in yourself, stand up for yourself, and know yourself on such a deep level that you'll stop second-guessing your decisions and start trusting yourself to make powerful, aligned choices.
I'm busy, how much time will this take?
What age group is this for?
My clients have ranged from 25 - 50.
But what you're really asking is "Am I too old? Is it too late to change?'
No! Never. I'm so so passionate about this that I have a YouTube video on famous people who changed careers after 40.
But let's stay on this page.
Age is not a barrier to reinvention - it's an asset. By the time you hit your 30s, 40s, or 50s, youâve accumulated valuable experience, insights, and skills that can be leveraged in new ways. This course isnât just for the young or the âearly careerâ stage - itâs for anyone ready to step up, evolve, and create a future they actually want.
Whether you're pivoting to something new or refining what youâre already doing, this course is about helping you make decisions that align with who you are now, not who you were 10 years ago.
What age group is this for?
I'm a freelancer, will it help me?
Yes, absolutely. This course is about much more than just career clarity.
Itâs about empowering you to make decisions faster and with greater certainty and confidence.
As a freelancer, youâre constantly making choices - about clients, projects, pricing, and direction. So, making those decisions from a place that aligns with your values and long-term vision for yourself means youâll always be moving toward what truly matters.
Once you learn the Meaningful Change Method, itâs yours for life. Youâll have a powerful framework that allows you to navigate uncertainty, prioritise your values, and move forward with clarity, no matter how the landscape shifts.
I'm a freelancer, will it help me?
What if I want to work with you one-on-one after?
You can. Have a look at www.dinagrishin.com/careercoaching to see how you can work with me.
If you choose to go ahead with one of the programs, then you only need to pay the difference between them.
What if I want to work with you one-on-one after?
How long do I have access to the program for?
Lifetime! Yep, no deadlines here.
Life will throw curveballs - kids getting ill at the same time, insane work projects, Netflix binges - and I get it. If you need to hit pause and come back later, you can.
The goal isnât to rush through it, itâs about making lasting change. So, take your time, revisit the material whenever you need to, and when youâre ready, jump back in and keep moving forward. No pressure, no judgment, just progress at your pace.
How long do I have access to the program for?
Am I guaranteed success?
No. And if anyoneâs promising you guaranteed success, you should run.
What I can guarantee is that if you show up, do the work, and engage with the process honestly, youâll walk away with a level of clarity and confidence most people spend years chasing. This course gives you the toolsâbut youâve got to pick them up and use them.
Think of it like a gym membership: buying it doesnât get you strong, but using it consistently will absolutely change you.
Am I guaranteed success?

Looking at career change like a mountain, this program has been my solid climbing rope. It has guided me and supported me, channeling my effort to reach the peak. I had to overcome fear of changing, a bit of self doubt, but.. as you reach the top, you know it's all worth it. Totally recommend it.
