What's included
Our growth is not linear.
We're closer to nature than we are to stock market graphs.
We have periods of slowing, shedding, and surrendering,
and periods of budding, blossoming and becoming.
A shorter programme catches one season.
A year catches them all.
The months where everything clicks and flows and the months where you feel you're treading through bog.
Every season will bring up something different for us to work on.
Which is why this support shifts with you.
You get deep dives into who you are and who you're becoming. Creative sessions that unlock what thinking alone cannot.
Quarterly moments to zoom out and recalibrate.
Hands-on sessions where we build together.
All of it guided, all of it intentional.

I’m so grateful for not only Dina’s expertise in helping me nurture my understanding of who I am and what I bring to the table, but her relaxed and genuine character which created a natural environment to talk out ideas without feeling like I needed all the answers.
Dina's endless kindness and encouragement, together with her incredibly well-resourced and structured online course, was invaluable in challenging some of my unhelpful self-talk and forcing some truths out of me in terms of what I really want instead of what I think I want. I've learnt some really valuable things about myself and I feel more equipped to face my future.
"Dina made me feel instantly comfortable, and she manages to not give you an easy ride (because what's the point in that?) whilst being super friendly and lovely."

She was also grounded in reality and gave excellent, pragmatic advice on how to build a career that really fits your life and needs. Most importantly, Dina made me feel like I had someone in my corner, taking the time to understand me and then genuinely rooting for me to succeed - that in itself was a huge boost to my confidence and morale.
"Dina pushed me to be more ambitious and honest about what I really want, unpicking limiting beliefs along the way."
You want someone else to do the work.
You want to be validated rather than challenged.
You're looking for certainty before you're willing to start.
You want a dumping ground for venting your problems and someone to listen to you.
You want coaching on your career only - my Career Clarity & Strategy programme is the better fit.
My own Next Chapter started when I hired a coach to help me step out of the 9-5.
I was already coaching, but inside a company.
I yearned for the freedom and flexibility of self-employment, but I feared the usual things - taking a hit financially and then spending years trying to get back to the same earning level.
But I also feared failing. Because if my biggest dream of being self-employed didn't work out, then I'd be sentenced to life in the 9-5 for life, and that felt like the opposite of freedom.
Me and my coach didn’t work on the surface level problems such as strategy and action. We dug deep into the core of it all - identity, personal power, self-belief, subconscious self-sabotage and learning to be brave.
That experience taught me something valuable - if you want to step up to the next level, then you HAVE to work with someone. The things my coach taught me were things I would never have spotted myself.
Because, as it turns out, we are master avoiders of discomfort. Some of our procrastination techniques are advanced and stealth, like going down rabbit holes of personal development books, course and exercises. It feels like we're growing, being productive, but actually, we're avoiding the action that really scares us.
Gay Hendricks calls this the Upper Limit Problem: an internal, subconscious thermostat that dictates how much love, success and joy we feel safe allowing ourselves to experience.
The moment we get close to something big, we get scared and find ways to distract, avoid or push away.
My work is about helping you raise that thermostat slowly, at a pace your nervous system can actually sustain. Not pushing or forcing, but becoming the next level you.
My current Next Chapter is literal.
I’m writing my first book and doing exactly the work I ask of my clients: becoming someone I haven't quite been before an author (aiming for a best-selling one!)
